2k warmup. 8x 500m intervals with 1min recovery. All intervals were 1:54 or faster. Fastest was 1:48.

Orienteering race 40:00 [4] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

First ever Corn Maze O: It was a lot of fun. My first loop was pretty good. Read the map well and kept good contact. The second loop I should have spent some time looking at all the control locations before I went off running. I had three route errors and ended up running quite a bit extra to go back and get controls. It was a good time and a great family event. Big thanks to Patrick, the farm, and all the other volunteers.

Biking (MTB) 2:15:00 [3] 18.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Ride at Stott. Did the quick warmup loop then Bobsled, Derailer, Mirkwood, Anklebiter, Forbidden Forest (N-bound), down Hope, Ewok, Beaver, road to PG Gate and then roads back to Forbidden Forest (S-bound), Twisted Sister, Maggie Rocks, Mordor, Cut-off, Clear Cut, Coyote. Good ride with the exception of a crash on Ewok where I thought I might have impaled my side. Luckly it was just a nasty bruise/scrape.
