Biking race (MTB) 11:19:02 [4] 100.0 mi (6:47 / mi) +11000ft 6:09 / mi

Capital Forest 100mi Race: First lap was about 5hr20min with really no time in the Aid stations. Second lap I stopped at all aids except Aid #2. My back was hurting almost right from the start, and I could not get it to loosen up. Climbing was slow on the second lap, except for the final climb and the road climb was ok. I took the Green Line technical descent real easy on the second lap to make sure I didn't eat it. My goal going into it was 11hr, but I was just happy to finish it.

Biking (MTB) 3:20:00 [4] 20.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Suntop loop: About 1hr riding to get to the lookout. I did the climb all in one chunk with no breaks until the top. The ride down was good although the trail was a bit blown out in spots. Great ride, one of my favorites.

Biking (MTB) 2:00:00 [3] 15.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Ride at McCrosky State park in ID. Mixed bag, there was one nice singletrack section, and then a lot of quad track, and then logging road trail. Probably won't go back to ride there.
