WIOL #3 at Bridle Trails. Main story of the day is that I'm in the worst shape of my life. Due to my bad knee I have pretty much had zero running for over one year (the longest I've ever not trained). My knee did not feel good at the end and I probably should not be running on it at all, but it's too hard to pass up on orienteering. My orienteering was ok. I read ahead pretty well, good thumbing, and tried to minimize time spent not running. Only had a few minor mistakes. Good enough for a 4th place finish on a day when the big guns were all not running.
