Hike 7:30:00 [3] 10.0 mi (45:00 / mi)

Big T Rogaine Foot loop: Took about 1hr break at the Hash House before setting out on foot at 11:00pm. It was a bit unfortunate that we biked first because that ment we left all the technical high point value controls to get at night. The main advantage during the day is to survey and pick a route through the vegitation and we had some serious struggles throuh the wet brush and slick downfall. Our route was: 20, 21, 47, 29, 105, 54, 61, 103 for a foot Total- 410. Our grand Total- 1750. We came in a little after 6:00am. Looking back we could have probably easily picked up 46, 22, 67, 28, and 58 without much trouble for an additional 190 points. Our initial plan was to loop through the basin that Eric recommended with all the high point values, but we never got there :(

Biking race (MTB) 11:30:00 [3] 40.0 mi (17:15 / mi)

Big T Rogaine: Started on bikes. Route- 33, 34, 55, 68, 35, 23, 48, 108, 38, 62, 50, 39, 109, 69, 63, 51, 24, 37, 45, 53, 26, 41, 32, 65, 40, 42, 27, 59, 100. Total for bike 1340. We were moving good and never really felt pressured for time. Looking back now if we pushed a little harder I think we could have picked up 104, 43, and 30 for another 170. The plan was to pick up 58 and 28 on the foot loop. Overall, fun loop and good navigation for the most part.
