One lap up Badger Mtn. Nice morning, but am feeling sick with a cold. I opted to do only one lap, but would have done at least three if feeling good. Splits were: 17min up to the saddle and 10min down. Legs felt fine.

Easy ride with the fam. Rode down Pasco side to the cable bridge over the bridge with a stop at the park for Silas to play in the water and on the toys. Then back over the Ricland bridge.

Road Running race (Triathlon) 20:37 [5] 3.0 mi (6:52 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-3000

Run portion of Tri. Legs were sluggish, but I think I had the 10th fastest run overall.

Road Running (trail) 1:23:48 [4] 9.0 mi (9:19 / mi) +2001ft 7:41 / mi
shoes: Asics Gel-3000

Two laps up Green Mtn. via Gold Creek. Splits from the creek bridge: 20:51 up, 15:28 dwn, 21:49 up, 15:50 dwn. This trail is a little more knarly on the feet then Walker, but less vertical. It's good training for the feet with all the rocks and roots. Felt pretty good today, but do have a slight tweak in my right hip flexor region. Good workout.

Road Running race 19:17 [5] 5.0 km (3:51 / km)

Work Fun Run. Felt pretty good despite my large blisters and trashed quads from Wednesday's workout. I think it might have only been 6sec slower than my previous time on that course. Splits were: 6:27, 5:49, and 7:01. I think the 2nd mile marker was short. Overall a good day for me.

Road Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
