shoes: new mizunos

made a few mistakes which cost a bit of time but just felt a bit slow because it was so flat!
good courses though, marked down as 7.4km but charlotte ward sis 12.5km? i think i may have done more with errors

forgot about the dibber sitch so it didn't store my last few controls :(

run along rivelin with sophie, kirsty, lucy and ingrid
really nice, ran harder but seemed easier when you have people with you

run down to intervals and back up. running back up wasn't as hard as usual :)

10 minute 'threshold'
2min break.shortest break ever

10x 30secs on/30secs off found this a lot faster and easier but got harder at rep number 8.timing was a bit messed up beginning so everyone got a tad confused

3.5minute break (?) boys sat down

10minute threshold. think i did this at a similar pace as cut corners more than first time but ran almost 1/4 of a lap more...

felt quite rubbish today so took it easy.

did some warmup, did some sprints then did 42minutes of exercises, 45secs on 15off.
too much plank. kills me inside!
think i did about 2 burpees as ended up chatting with laura daniel...any excuse ;)
