Felt rubbish yesterday afternoon/eve, delighted to have woken up having not been sick. Still a bit sub-par, but thought that I'd perked up by the time I started the run.
Evidently not, felt terrible on the first and didn't improve at all on the second. Called it a day, absolute crawl back up the hill and home.
Was nice getting out and doing some drills nonetheless, should have just gone for an easy ski.
The two splits were 50s slower than a week ago, snow conditions were a bit slower, but feel it was the right decision.
