Went off at a manageable pace, hoping to get the nav right and see how things were feeling after 40mins or so.

Running felt okay, but wasn't pushing the pace by any means. Caught Calum and had a nice jog with him from 7 to 12. Then at 14 I caught up Pedley and enjoyed a little race there. Made a big miss on 20 due to non-existant bearing/height judgement.

Several times let down by a total lack of compass work, but otherwise pleased and had a lovely run in the autumnal forest
