Run down from angelus hut to the car park along the ridge. All going well until Shallot took a tumble into a sharp rock and sliced her knee open below the knee. Managed to walk 1 hr down the hill and then drove to Nelson to get stitched up! 2 hrs, 200m climb
Walked the 1hr back to the car for breakfast, then made our way round to Wellingtonton to catch the ferry to Picton. Easy jog from the europcar drop off to the ferry
Walked up and around to the Perongia pinnacles, climbed a few steps to the Cape Palliser lighthouse, and walked 1 hr to the Mangatoetoe hut, which we shared with 3 deer hunters for the night, one of which had successfully killed a deer. Sadly no venison sausages for dinner

Hobart park run Ran as a tempo as wanted to see how leg was feeling at a sustained effort. All felt good so that's very positive. Throat tightened up, kinda like a cold or hay fever
