'Advanced' Permanent Course at Barnaslingen
I was a bit messy for some of the controls and for No.7 I decided to go through the forest for practice instead of the shorter track option... which was probably not a good idea... but I enjoyed it anyway and it was nice training :)

I felt tired and a little bit sick but im glad i went. There was lots of people there so that was good :)

Training with Rathfarnham
We did sprints up and down a gentle hill. Then we ran a few intervals (not sure of the distance- I think they were between 150 and 200m). We got timed for one. I got 24.31 secs... but thats not really helpful without a distance is it?
Anyway it was fun and nice to get back into training after Easter :)
