Green Course at Dysart
Had an ok run.. there was lots of uphill so I couldn't run it all. Got most of my controls fine but No.9 I couldn't find for ages because I thought I was on one wall but was actually on an other (even though the wall i thought i was on was in a field and i wasn't!) Still, it was a great day and the forest was nice :)

We were waiting around for our assesment to begin so I went up to the gym and went on the treadmill for a few minutes :)

Self Defence 6:00 [4]

We had a Self Defence assesment in school today. We had to do 500 hits in 10 minutes! I passed :D...but it was really tiring.

I felt good and it was really sunny so that was great! First tuesday session since september in the bright :)
