Training in Stradbally
Relocation exercises with Pat, Aoife, Niall and Peter. Two head-to-head courses against Aoife. She won one and the other was a draw. There was no controls, only tags so i spent ages trying to find them- i should be more accurate in the circle! We then did three butterfly loops. I came 2nd of the girls (Caoimhe beat me). I really enjoyed the training :D

Time Trial in Phoenix Park
I didn't feel that good during my run but i was happy with my time. :) I took 2 mins off last years time and beat ruairi...by 1 second!

Sprint Training in Corkagh Park
We did compass bearings and pacing- which I hadn't really done before. We also did a chasing start sprint course. I was first and was happy that i didn't get overtaken :) (although it was close!)

I don't actually play hockey :S (i quit last year) but i was asked to sub so i did :) we (they) won 5-1 against loreto on the green :D

Helping to coach the juniors. I took it easy and only ran when i had to ;)

Warm up/down, stretching. My legs were sore today.. I should probably stretch more

Training with rathfarnham. My legs were sore during the session but afterwards i did some extra stretching and now theyre ok :)
