10km on the treadmill. Was on the way to long strand beach when the weather turned so decided on the treadmill instead. Very boring. Ankle better today, especially after the first 15 mins.
Logged as grass/trail as i dont really see the point in creating a treadmill category

Gentle to ease back into things.
A bit concerned about ankle. Was a bit off in December, possibly after hurting it at Munster champs. Thought any soreness would be gone after my rest but evidently not. It seemed to "loosen out" after 15 minutes.
Will see how it goes over the coming week, might book a physio session.
