Long time since ive been on inchydoney!bit of a fartlek session - 9 laps, 5 easy 4 hard, also some extra along the beach to/fron dunes.

Note

Was burning the candle at both ends the past 3 days, with working 9-5 then giving grinds 6-9. Resulted in easy short night runs/swims.

Obviously very happy with WOC selection for forest. Just have to keep on top of training now over the coming weeks. Will consult with Jonny to see what the best plan of action is !
