improvements with my back each day thankfully. Was supposed to have a session with the UCDAC physio today but he cancelled on me. Reckon I'll be safe to go to the gym tomorrow, but i'll give the deadlifts a skip for next week or so and just do all my other (mostly body weight) stuff.
