This was an unfortunate run. I wanted to add some more mileage to my weekend training but in the end I ran my usual workday distance ... and slowly. The reason was my left knee that was refusing to cooperate. First cca five kilometres I had to endure sharp pain in the knee and I was almost about to give up when, out of the blue, it got slightly better and thus I decided to finish the run even though I was rather careful and slow. Now I can still feel the knee is not ok. Hopefully it will recede within the upcoming 1 or 2 days. (rainy, humidity 81%, 8°C)

Uphills dying, downhills flying ... an old story I'd like to change. I have a lot to improve ... but I seem to be continually getting faster ... although I'm not sure if it's a good thing to do. (partly sunny, 11°C)

Finally some real running in Prague. The new trail is with some proper up&downs. Something what I need. The first half was more up the hill and because I'm not used to that at all it was pretty hard ... but then, during the second half, I was rewarded as I was flying fast down the hill. All told it was another great run. I'm happy I found this cool trail in the centre of Prague. I'm gonna run it regularly now, some days adding more load and distance. (partly sunny, 15°C)

After my Saturday's run I decided to have a free Sunday as my legs were still quite stiff. I put on my trainers on Monday morning. Not 100% ok but I enjoyed the run. I'm slightly getting faster but I should not push it too far. Now, being almost-settled in Prague, I'm going to look for some nice new trails here. (sunny, humidity 32%, 4°C)
