When I saw the sports dr she said I shouldn't do any asymmetrical workouts, which rules out my favorite workout and also rules out skating for now :/ So this was different variations of dog pees and donkey kicks, which I can do on both sides evenly, and with 0 strain for my achilles/ball-of-foot pain. The good news is I get to start pt soon!
Tried to go swimming yesterday, but I didn't realize there was no place to change and couldn't have changed and come back in time for the end of my timeslot, so missed out on that :/ I should schedule another one and come pre-changed!

Left-leg romanian deadlifts, some weaving, some one-legged transitions. I've been watching Johnny Weir videos since I discovered he's on dwts, and I realized he's really good to watch for different one-footed transition directions, and also he makes me feel better about my poor flexibility.
