Ball of foot pain today :( It's new that it happened more than a day after skating, so took more advil and will probably be careful with skating practice/only practice my left side or something next time I practice (needs more work anyway)
Practices canceled, so more laundry room skating in the near future!
Felt much more stable on forwards figure 8's (going forwards between cones, backwards at ends) and lateral glides. Backwards figure 8's still feeling awkward. For hockey stops, I did better at keeping my inside foot parallel.
For backwards figure 8's, I think I need to turn my feet to lead with my heels once I get around the fronts of the cones (or some other major change).
Phone got busted today! Was gonna have people over to the laundry room since our practice was canceled, but was taking too long to sort out phone insurance :(
