Iron is all normal!!! It's actually the highest it's ever been in my entire career since freshman year of college, and the first time I've been out of the 30's :)
This means my fatigue was probably from training too much, and it's a good thing I've been resting. Planning to work back into a normal amount leading up to and after Classic Champs. Hoping to see my resting heart rate go back down to high 40's/low 50's.
Running (mostly hard surfaces) 16:10 [2] 1.71 mi (9:27 / mi)
Felt pretty good, still decided to go easy-ish.
Armchair: control circle 15 [0]
Alexei pointed out I haven't done armchair in almost 2 months. Hoping that getting other people to do it with me will make it become more a part of my routine. He also suggested doing 2-3 controls every day so that it becomes a part of my routine.
These were control circle exercises with Izzy, from the Bear Brook map.
