Wasn't as boring as I thought it would be, plus I told myself I would actually x-train this week... Plenty of work to do.

Week 7 (July 11): 300, first workout

Cross-training
Week 1 swim every other day (60 xt)

NOTE: endurance circuit takes running, and so I would know the distance I ran during endurance circuit (prob. 2 mi/week) and subtract those minutes (prob. 16) from my total.
