6x(60 on, 60 off), 5 min jog, 6x(30 on, 30 off). Was gonna be a fartlek, but ended up being more like intervals at mile pace. That's fine, since I was just doing a fartlek because I was tired.

Nice run today, easy. Team meeting before practice, apparently people, I think underclassmen, skipped practice Friday to pre-game for WILD (extremely not ok). I'd been debating whether or not it was worth Coach's time to send him an e-mail telling him I wouldn't be at practice Friday bc of my flight, and then finally did. Good thing! Whew!

NOTE: endurance circuit takes running, and so I would know the distance I ran during endurance circuit (prob. 2 mi/week) and subtract those minutes (prob. 16) from my total.

Note

Talked to Coach Stiles, planning on a 1600 time trial the Wednesday after next. So this Wednesday I'm going easy, this Saturday I'm doing a fartlek, next Wednesday I'm doing 2-mile tempo, rest, 5x400 starting at 5k pace and working down; and next Saturday I'm doing something like 5x600 w/ equal rest.

legs felt better than yesterday. Also did 4x100m strides, kind of fast.

One of those runs where everyone thought the other one was pushing the pace but we weren't. It was slightly uncomfortable, but I wasn't dying. That rest day yesterday was needed though:)
