did about 15 min. of swimming at the beginning.

carried a map from Norway without routes drawn on it. Only finished the first half of the course though.
Ran the last 20 min. barefoot on the turf.

Knee felt ok, hope whatever it was yesterday is loosened up now.

Did swimming for maybe 30 minutes, then alternated hard and easy for the pool-run part. Lots of kicking during the swimming.

Did various leg stuff, then pushups, v-ups and hand plank opposition (I think that's what it's called). Leg stuff included knee exercises.

Had to cut it short and walk back, because there was a sharp pain on the outside of my knee. It doesn't hurt when I walk, I just wanted to be safe. Hopefully it was just tight or something.
