Jog around north Edinburgh by Inverleith Park, Water of Leith, Ferry Road cycle way. Slow, very hard work.

JK Day 3 at Kilnsey - tough in the wind and rain, but I avoided the later hail stones. Struggled over #4 in a pit - 22 minute leg.

A good start to the SOL series at Elibank - forest was a lot less rough than I remember from years ago, helped by good planning. Coped well with the first half, then just got stuck, getting lost looking for #10 and drifting uphill. Gave up after a while circling. Usual problem of not executing a clear relocation job.
