ELO Saturday event at John Muir Country Park. Did a Long Orange course, same length as Green but I felt it would give the nettles a miss. Very warm for running - brain overheated so I mispunched when I got on the wrong path and found a control on an identical path junction (decided the planner had mixed up 122/133 when putting them out!)
Barbecue afterwards in hot sun.
