Distance is a guess, gps started after 2 controls.
managed to get a run with Mess Engineer and a friend of his, we were all carrying injuries, so my plan was not to go too hard (physio said to go about 60-70% .. 80% next week, 100% after that) so was hoping I would get held back a little, we went at a comfortable speed, except hills, where i struggled to keep up with them!

leg was ok 95% of the time, it have me a little trouble between 4hrs and 4.5 hrs but was ok after that,



only nav error was 82 - following an unmarked track

Happy with amount done and the fact that I didn't do too much. 4th in mixed and 23rd overall of 150 teams

looked for a rather flat route (did the best i could), getting all controls. physio said to take it easy on hills ..
leg felt ok ..
taking the day off for ultimate though

3km jog to test out my leg.
I felt a little unbalanced but no pain or discomfort

did 100m sets .. not sure how many..
lanes were very over crowded ..
leg was fine
