(sick)

been sick last few days .. struggled with the running.

only a few minor errors .. was happy with navigation
Learnt early on that map didn't seem 100% and was able to adjust accordingly.

GPS died .. it doesn't seem to hold a charge for more than a couple of days..

huge blister on foot .. didn't think i needed to tape .. I was wrong !!

hope to be in better condition for NSW/AUS champs otherwise it may be embarrassing :(

steady pace, but found it uncomfortable breathing while running along busy road in peak hour
