last event of summer series
600-110 points
felt slow in some parts but ran almost all of it (stairs + careful map reading is my excuse)

Lunch time run from Mac uni through lane cove national park.
Ran hard for first 1/2, had to slow down for he second but ran all the hills ...
2 min drink break .. after 42 mins and slow jog back
very sore/tired afterwards ..

forgot GPS so 10km is estimate
600 points less 100 penalty
legs felt sore after about 10 mins from minigaine ..
found the tracks difficult but was able to run the road hills, walked some of the road steps and track hills, felt pretty good and was able to do the last 2 or so kms at a decent speed.

Ultimate race (Hills Div 1) 40:00 [3]

Last game of summer season ..
finished 3rd.. won spirit ..
made up for todays exercise with 6 pieces of pizza .. 2 before and 4 after the game ..

Started hard, found the tracks near 100 very slow ... but it made for a good recovery, could have chosen a better route choice near 70-39 ..
should have got 50 for in-out ...
started to struggle with 40 min left .. cracked open a mother and ate a gel ..
pushed hard till the end, legs were very tired .. back with 5 mins to spare and 2520 points .. missed 7 of 60 controls
first 3 hour minigaine .. would love to be fast/fit enough to have cleared the course .. will try again next year :)

didn't feel too bad, course was difficult to choose an optimal path, but most hills were gentle so was able to run most them.
still a long way off the leaders though :)
