ok to 1 and 2
fast and direct to 3, 4 and 5
a little slow in the bush to 6
straight to 7-8-9-10
went to the track then next to oval on 11 - possibly a little slower
hesitated at 12, lost a bit of time here
13 and 14 were ok
lost time at 15, wrong track, slow in some think bush :(
16-17-18 ok.straight to 19 with a small hesitation
top to 20.

not too far off the leaders, was a close race at the 1/2 way :)

good run, slight error to 15 - drifted low - wanted to run towards 10 but was aiming lower than 10.

Shadowing Louisa navigating and Lachlan punching (do you still call it punching when you use SI sticks?).
good navigation, minor wobble at 8 :), challenging course for the wife and long course for an almost 5 year old.

it is amazing what you see when you walk a course compared to running, similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGQmdoK_ZfY
for example .. do you know what was in each of the out of bounds areas, or what they were for?

felt weird being back early ..
missed 4, 17,19,5

errors at 9 for a minute or so .. started late, didn't have time for a 600 sweep, didn't really look at the map before I started so most decisions were made one the run, thought I had to backtrack and ended on a dead end track, so I had to backtrack my backtracking :(.

forgot to stop GPS between games .. first game was definitly harder

rogaine with Louisa and Lachlan .. left home about 10 mins after event started .. started 2hrs 10 mins late ..

stopped to take a few photos, and and Icecream at the beach, rushed back to be in 2 minutes before deadline

pretty happy how the family went on their first rogaine, Lachlan played for a while on the playground .. guess he wasn't that tired!

would have loved to run this, looked like a great map and area ..

struggled in last 20 mins

Finally made it to a full game of div 2 (thanks to summer series being closer to castle hill)

must win game to make semis .. ran hard .. ran out of juice toward the end .. we won ..
