shoes: la sportiva trail shock

Orienteering event at kloofendal. Wasn't allowed to run, so walked the whole course and still managed to stuff up a few controls. 1st time running/walking on this map, so nice to see a new area. Probably did about 7.5/ 8km in total.

Really awesome day of geocaching. Walked about 4km in the morning finding geocaches(offroad) about 7km later on as part of the event(on+offroad) and then about 4km in the evening finding some more geocaches(offroad) knees feeling really good, so hopefully the injury has healed :)

Have got patella tendonitis in the the knee, going to the physio for the next couple of weeks and also no proper training for at least two more weeks :(
