Alternative training with rope in my garage; in the beginning it was tough than I improoved my technique and it was easier.Tried different exercise: regular skip, running on the spote, rope swing, high knees, butt kicks, one foot hops, two at a time and rope criss cross.
Cimon de Bolentina - then I dicided to tried to reach Piz de Montes but at half way I decided to return back for 2 reason: 1. It was 16:45 and the night was coming: 2. the most important: there was about 25 cm of ice snow and my clothes wasn't prepared for this (3/4 short pants), and I was thinking one week ago that Piero T. scratched his legs in the same situation. So I dicede to come back passing another time from Cimon and finished my training in Bolentina (descent 1156m)
Up to Cima Camocina (2638msl ) and back from Val Saleci. The weather condition was really bad, there was fog, rain, wind and snow over 1500m.... but in the end I can say it has been a good training. Despite everything we enjoyed it.
