Warm up was a mixture of running and dynamic stretchs was very early for my start so just warmed up :)

Did well in the open and was flying and piked them all but didnt do so well in the forest, had a 23 minute leg to number 9, took my bearing from what i thought was the right place turned out it wasnt :) one mistakecost me! Not made a mistake that big before!

Cycling to work and home, my right thigh didnt feel great on the way home.

Walked to go and give Hannah some money for our massive friday session ;) £10 for a return ticket to Lancaster woop woop :)

On my turbo out the back the house went a bit faster than usual, right thigh still a little tight and sore everything else is good now time for a driving lesson :)

Maze work did twice as much as usual in a little bit more time was hard as i had to push to keep up with the others doing half as much! Legs still a little sore and weak from fell races but it felt good :)

Note

Am getting a very weird and slightly painful pain in my left side of my thigh just above my knee (Left Leg) gave it a massage but didnt help to much. Going to do some streching to see if i can get rid of it.

Cycling to work and home, legs are feeling much better think i need another day though before they are back to good, Physio at 5pm, and then i will to some core stability.

Last night was good but i think i had a few too many shots :/

Was difficult work with the muscles being completely f*cked haha these two fell races have torn my muscles apart! But as they say no pain no gain haha but could do with a good leg massage and takers :P

I dont know what to do as i want to train but my legs are completely messed up i think they need a rest but i want to train! Is anyone up for giving me a leg massage to help me? otherwise i will have to rest for a few days :(
