Walk to the start and then a few drills up and down the path but was wet and cold so hurried up and just started.

Was Mens Open and was 4.8km. Pretty good areas was nice to have a little bit of wood at the begining with little legs to try trick you straight away and then a long leg out the woods, going out on the woods on the long leg i couldnt remember punching it so went back wasting about 40 seconds, then there was just a few slow legs and route choices i could of done diferently and being on the wrong side of fences etc. think i could of got it under 30 mins really but i still came 1st so not bad at all :)
