Warm up was a mixture of running and dynamic stretchs was very early for my start so just warmed up :)

Orienteering race 1:22:00 [4] ***** 10.7 km (7:40 / km) +235m 6:54 / km
spiked:12/16c slept:8.0 shoes: New Balance Road

Did well in the open and was flying and piked them all but didnt do so well in the forest, had a 23 minute leg to number 9, took my bearing from what i thought was the right place turned out it wasnt :) one mistakecost me! Not made a mistake that big before!
