Couple of laps of the field, have no laptop to get my garmin working atm so will see if i can put the software on mams pc at the weekend.
Orienteering 10:00 [4] * 3.22 km (3:06 / km)
Just some simple maze stuff a bit harder this time as all you had was the numbers and no lines so you had to find the next point urself :P
Core Stability 10:00 [1]
Did a few things as far as i can remember we did squats, Lunges, Plank, Side lunges, Something Dips and some other stuff haha
Stretching warm up/down 15:00 [1] 0.8 km (18:45 / km)
Some Static and dynamic streching as part of the warm up and cool down :)
