Ugh.

Trail Running 48:00 [3] 5.2 mi (9:14 / mi)
shoes: Roclite 280-2015

Greenbelt Park Perimeter Trail. Pretty sloppy and muddy today, with a couple of spots of standing water that required a run around.

Road running 46:13 [3] 4.8 mi (9:38 / mi)
shoes: Adrenaline 16

Hill repeats. 6xhill at 33-34s, jog back down. There had been ice all over everything this morning, but the rain took it away, and when the rain seemed to be stopping, I went out for the run. Immediately the sun came out and I was overdressed. Didn't see that coming, either.

Core strength 15:00 [3]

Snow Shoveling 40:00 [3]

2x. Didn't see this coming.

Sunday Feb 14, 2016 #

Core strength 15:00 [3]

25 pushups, 4 minutes of planks, 50 squats, 2x25 reverse steps, 30 figure-8s.

Road running 33:34 [3] 3.8 mi (8:50 / mi)
shoes: Adrenaline 16

Drumm loop. Coldest day of the year, only about 20F. Around 5 deg. colder than yesterday, but full sun and no wind made it feel fine. Nylon pants over tights was good for orienteering yesterday, but too warm today. Maybe I should have a pair of warmer running pants. Then again, if it's only one day a year, why bother.
