shoes: Adrenaline 16

Finally got a new pair of shoes, Adrenaline 16. Both pairs of the 14s had over 500 miles on them. The new 16 seems like a pretty radical change. Noticeably shallower heel cup, for one thing. Makes me feel like I'm slipping out of the shoes, particularly going uphill. Also the sole seems stiffer, clonks on the ground instead of rolling. I'm not sure I like them, and I've had a long relationship with the Adrenaline line.

Drumm loop. It stopped drizzling and got a little lighter around noon, but it still wasn't a great day to be out.

The Daily Challenge escalated today. Now it's 25 pushups, 10 triceps pushups (I still can't do these, but at least I do something), 1.5 min plank, 1.5 min wall sit, 30 squats, 20 figure-8s.
