Drove from MD to ME yesterday. Not a very fast trip. Some traffic, some construction delays, some torrential rains. Today, humid but not too hot. I walked around the lake, ran around the lake, and canoed around the lake. And got in a solid 6 hours at work. We're supposed to get bits of Tropical Storm Isaias tomorrow as it runs up the Connecticut River valley toward Western Maine.
