Addie has this Daily Challenge that her varsity frisbee team has to do. For this week, it's 15 pushups, 5 triceps pushups (I don't really understand the rules for these, but I can't do them anyway), 1-minute plank, 15 squats, 1-minute wall sit, 10 figure-8s. It's going to increase.
