Tempo run at threshold pace. 12 laps (4800m) with a target pace of 1:50 per lap. I was barely hanging on to the target for half the workout, and then it got hard. I had to talk myself into finishing the workout after the 10th. This is the second weekly track workout that was way off the expected pace. I blame the heat.
