Hill reps at GSFC. 4x1 mile loop, with about 0.5 mi jog before and after. Loop has a 275m hill, and a short (~70m) downhill stride. Goal was to take the hill at 10K pace, but I was really at I pace. The downhill strides were something I've never done before, and although I understand the intended benefit, they may be something I shouldn't be doing. Objectively, they feel pretty hard on the knees.
