Først 30 min. rolig løping med Anders V. og Håvard. Etterpå 17 min. med litt løpsteknik og fire stigningsdrag. Fortsatt litt stiv i beina men kjennes allerede ganske bra igjen. Gleder meg til NM Sprint i morgen og ikke minst Sprint stafett på søndag.
