Følte meg litt tørr i halsen og kjente kneet litt etter å ha løpt mye nedoverbakke på langturen i går. Derfor tok jeg en hviledag i dag og får håpe at jeg kommer til å være i form igjen til 24-hours orienteering på lørdag.
