Cheeky corbett in afternoon. Possibly the shortest and least climb needed to get a Corbett!

R knee still a bit sore but was only short so hard to tell. but better than Thurs / Fri.

Cheeky Corbett en route. Cracking day for it. Short sharp and good views.

My knee has been pretty sore back end of the week though, especially thurs and fri, very clicky, feels like I maybe did too much running last sunday, even though I hardly did any at all.

Been doing my exercises every day without fail though and can feel the burn on the quad.

Exercises for the week. I'm definitely getting stronger, especially upper body where I am not too embarrassing doing press ups now.
