Great day oot doing two corbetts.

Gentle climb on the bike alongside the river which went by quite quickly. Quick change into running kit then pretty steep climb up to An Dun. Even steeper descent back down to the valley floor which took pretty cautiously. Found a MTB-er who's crank had fallen off about 10km from the nearest road when I crossed the valley - that's a long push back.... Onto no. 2 started raining and a steeper climb... Ran the bit off the hill, achilles seemed OK which feels like progress given the load over the last 1.5 weeks but we'll see.

Nice ride back down the hills back to the car by 1pm. Quite a few punters out on the track by this point.

Shorter day today due to WC/faint desire to work pm.
