SOL darnaway. thoroughly enjoying this but could feel my R foot in the warm up. once we got to the rough stuff around 10/11 could feel it a bit more and turned painful. once I'd stopped to walk it was painful.
so shuffle home. seems to have settled down post so think it is a temporary thing. Pain is in mid of foot on top, a bit higher than the worst bit before but defo smae thing. Not completley unexpected as I've not tried two back to back runs before.
