6 x 12 on various weights increasing from 70 lbs to 310 lbs
2 x 8 330 lbs
1 x 12 chest press 60 lbs
2 x 6 chest press 120 lbs
1 x 12 lat pull 70 lbs
2 x 6 lat pull 130 lbs
1 x 16 hamstring curl 50 lbs each leg
2 x 6 hamstring curl 110 lbs each leg
2 x 6 leg extension 70 lbs?? each leg
