El Corte de Madera alone. Beat my PR by 30 sec so I must be in pretty good shape! My legs hurt from yesterday which may have slowed me down enough in the beginning that I was able to keep up an even pace. I did not feel like I was running very fast the whole way.

Rancho San Antonio alone. I didn't really push it this time and lost by about 30 sec to my time from three weeks ago. I haven't been sleeping much or running much recently so it isn't too surprising.
