Rancho San Antonio alone. A pathetic time. I'm out of shape but also my L knee has been giving me lots of trouble for several weeks now. I just can't really run on it, it hurts and feels unstable. I'm afraid it's back to the orthopedist for me.

with Abe on hike and bike trail in Austin. Distance is approximate. Ran out the first half with Abe then slowed way down running back alone. At least I got out there.

Blue at Pacheco Pass for the O in the Oaks A-meet. My left knee was hurting the whole race so I couldn't really run hard on the flats and downhills, extremely annoying. On the plus side this did mean that for the first time at a BAOC meet I actually ran pretty much all the uphills.
I'm worried about my knee, it's been hurting since football a week ago.
