I'll add my routes and include those images with my race entries.

Orienteering race (Long) 2:17:26 [5] **** 11.9 km (11:33 / km) +1722ft 9:28 / km
spiked:19/23c (injured) shoes: IceBug Neon Green

The Long. My lack of training due to injury definitely showed in the last third of this race. That and the rock field they sent us through.

I made a mistake on #1 which shook me a little for 2, by some miracle I found it and then everything was going well. A few more hiccups until 12 where I didn't follow my bearing. Lots of rock and then another fatuige induced, not following my bearing at the second-to-last control put JJ and me tied, to the second, at the last control. I outsprinted him in the finish chute by a few seconds!

My injury definitely slowed me down today but only by making my right leg stiff and not very usefull. Very little to no pain after and now.

Orienteering race (Middle) 53:36 [5] **** 4.84 km (11:04 / km) +623ft 9:15 / km
spiked:15/18c (injured) shoes: IceBug Neon Green

The Middle. Injury wise I felt great today! No pain and only a little stiffness. Still slow, and other than walking by #2 twice and finally finding it on my third attack, another good race. If only I hadn't been inured! Grrr.

Orienteering race (Sprint) 26:04 [5] **** 3.49 km (7:28 / km) +272ft 6:41 / km
spiked:19/22c (injured) shoes: Asics Trabuco (Rusty Coffee)

The Sprint. This hurt my right hip, during and especially after. I was limping pretty severely. Lots of stretching and rest and somehow the next day, on Sunday, I felt great compared to Saturday.

The race went well, I was slow as expected and made a few route choice errors and a few non-spiked controls but otherwise a good run.

Bike Commute 55:00 [2] 13.25 mi (4:09 / mi)

Well, since I can't run I figure I might as well bike everywhere. This was riding to and from Manitou Springs for our usual Wednesday evening.
