Well, I was able to run, unfortunately my right leg has no power because of the injury. On every uphill it felt like I was hobbling because my right leg wouldn't push, and on the downhills it felt like I was stumbling because my right leg wouldn't absorb the impact.

I finished 4th but fitness wise I know I'd've been able to be under an hour... Grrr.

A Score O format Night O at Buena Vista. I only went out for 1 hour, as opposed to the other 2 hour category, mostly because I didn't want to kill myself for Sunday, and not reignite my injury too badly. I was able to run/hobble most of it.

Made one minor parallel error between controls but realized it fairly quickly.

Yay, I was able to run. My pain in the butt was only a dull ache. Also, vigorous and instantaneous stretching immediately after seemed to keep it from tightening up again. So far so good.

I'm still going to do a bike ride tomorrow, and nothing on Friday because I have two O races, a night and day event, on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not going to race them but I will do what I can...

Nice long ride. Met up with Sean for part of his 3 hour ride. Rode up High Drive to the Palmer Trail and back down. Such an awesome downhill!!! A Classic.
