6th National O race.
I had a good race technically and it felt physically too. I only made four small errors, two of which were within the control circle, one was a poor route choice through a steep hillside with logging underfoot, and the fourth was a hesitation from 10 to 11 for a short time while I didn't know exactly where I was or where I was going to end up on the road I was aiming for. I more or less popped out where I wanted to.
I was able to maintain a good hard running pace throughout the race but my lack of training these past weeks resulted in a slow running time... :-( Where can I find motivation to train???!!
